A not-for-profit organisation providing high quality community support services to people with disabilities

Staff at Supported Lives

Our staffing standards

All staff undergo a rigorous recruitment and selection process. All will undergo the enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check (police records check). All will undergo interviews and to provide references and will need to complete a probation period before becoming a permanent member of staff.

We aim to maintain high standards for all our staff. We will provide good terms and conditions of employment, regular training opportunities and close supervision, to ensure that our services remain of the highest quality.

There will be a senior member of staff on call at all times.
