16. Compliments and complaints

All Clients will be issued with a copy of Supported Lives Complaints Procedure, as part of the Clients' Information Pack and will be told how to comment on any aspect of the service. All comments, including compliments, will be recorded and placed on the Clients' file and a copy will be held in the Operational Manager's complaints/compliments file.

Staff will be able to use the Grievance Procedures if they have any anxieties about the practice demonstrated by colleagues.
